Let me just say how much I wish I had found Pamela when we first wanted to list the house. Pamela gave us good tips and advice on what we didn’t have to pour a ton of money into, in order to sell the house. She staged it (which is soooo important)! She made sure we knew what the house needed so we could keep up on it, since we had moved out of state.
